Content Marketing Manager – Travel Brands

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the organic content strategy for Trevolution’s travel brands. Reporting to the CMO, you will manage a team of six specialists and drive brand awareness, audience growth and measurable business results across social, video, website and influencer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary content team (social, video, influencer, copywriting).
• Develop and execute the organic content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from ideation to performance analysis.
• Maintain the master content calendar and coordinate cross‑brand activities.
• Own influencer marketing strategy and budget, from partner identification to campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure alignment with broader plans.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content and improve productivity using automation and AI tools.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and emerging formats, delivering regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a content team of at least three people.
• Track record of growing audiences and delivering business results through organic social, video, website and influencer initiatives.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, algorithms and influencer marketing.
• Experience handling monthly influencer budgets ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of euros.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Creative, analytical mindset with a results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI and automation tools for content planning, production, publishing and reporting.
• SEO knowledge and ability to optimise content for search engines.
• Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
