About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for Swedish‑speaking customers, handling inquiries and providing support through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email, delivering high‑quality service.
• Provide card support and manage account administration tasks.
• Process new orders and registrations efficiently.
• Advise customers on station campaigns, products, and promotions.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up communications as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for communicating with people and finding optimal solutions.
• Fluent verbal and written Swedish and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple systems.
• Eagerness to learn new processes and develop professional skills.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
