Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Customer Consultant to join our team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Swedish customers, handling inquiries via phone and email and ensuring a smooth experience with our services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Swedish‑language customer queries by phone and email.
• Provide card support, account administration and manage new orders and registrations.
• Advise customers on station campaigns, products and promotions.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls and service outreach.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s multiple systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle several systems simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new competencies.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
