Security Operations Analyst – Cloud & On‑Premise

About the role

Mintos is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to protect its rapidly growing cloud and on‑premise infrastructure. You will join a small security team and work closely with engineering to monitor, detect and respond to threats across millions of investors’ data.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, perform threat detection and lead incident response activities.
• Operate, tune and enhance security tooling such as SIEM, IDS/IPS and vulnerability scanners.
• Conduct security testing, analyse findings and produce clear vulnerability reports.
• Participate in information‑security audits and support ICT risk‑management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and senior security staff to identify risks and propose improvements.
• Promote a strong security culture through awareness initiatives and documentation.

Required profile

• Interest in security operations and willingness to work in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
