About the role

We are looking for a friendly Sales Associate to join our Circle K store in Dzelzava, Riga. The role involves providing high‑level customer service at a fuel station and convenience store, without night shifts. You will work in a dynamic team that values safety and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with fuel purchases and retail transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop and surrounding area.
• Receive, display and document merchandise deliveries.
• Prepare and serve Circle K food items.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Provide product information and promote upsell offers.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in daytime shifts.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
