Operations Manager – Mid to Senior

About the role

Mintos is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high‑exposure, cross‑functional initiatives across the company. You will translate scaling, regulatory and product requirements into clear, documented workflows that enable frictionless growth. This role offers a fast‑track impact on the entire organisation while working closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of cross‑functional projects that span Operations, Product, Finance, Compliance and Engineering.
• Identify new business opportunities and define key performance indicators for multiple teams.
• Map, document and optimise end‑to‑end processes that have not been previously formalised.
• Drive execution across teams, aligning stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
• Report progress and outcomes to the Head of Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, company‑wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with diverse functional groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, regulated fintech environment.
