Operations Coordinator supporting CEO

About the role

Evotym, an international FinTech recruitment agency, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Founder/CEO. This fully remote position offers early‑career professionals the chance to gain hands‑on experience across operations, project management, research, AI automation, marketing and business administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal projects, ensuring tasks, deadlines and follow‑ups are tracked.
• Work directly with the Founder on business and operational priorities.
• Translate loosely defined ideas into clear action plans and next steps.
• Conduct research, compare options and prepare concise summaries with recommendations.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, partners and external service providers.
• Support business administration, documentation, invoices, contracts and banking matters.
• Organise business travel, conferences, meetings and events.
• Maintain project and task tracking in Asana and identify processes for improvement or automation using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a coordination or assistant role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Office Manager).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and structure large amounts of information.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Good English communication skills and native‑level Russian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for task and project management.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline work.
• Familiarity with social media/content, recruitment or FinTech environments is a plus.
