Operations Manager – Cross‑Functional Projects

About the role

Mintos is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives across the company. You will translate scaling, regulatory, and product needs into clear, documented workflows that enable frictionless growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of cross‑functional projects, driving them from conception to delivery and ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Launch new initiatives that support scaling and business growth, from opportunity identification to process implementation.
• Identify and execute high‑value quick‑win improvements that fall between teams.
• Design, map, and redesign end‑to‑end operational processes, making them repeatable, automation‑ready, and audit‑compliant.
• Establish and track KPIs and OKRs for teams, providing simple tools to measure initiative success.
• Integrate compliance and product requirements into processes, ensuring they are sound by default.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a fast‑paced international business environment.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects and aligning stakeholders you don’t manage.
• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable breaking down complex problems and using data for decisions.
• Experience designing or improving processes, preferably with an automation focus.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or a comparable analytical field.
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment.
