Key Account Manager – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

Join Arrow Global Components, a leader in electronic component distribution, as a Key Account Manager covering the EMEA region. You will work remotely while building and deepening strategic relationships with our most important customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic engagement plans for key accounts across EMEA.
• Act as trusted advisor, managing complex customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Negotiate business opportunities with senior executives and align internal teams to deliver value.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and business development teams across Europe to ensure coordinated support.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and internal meetings, maintaining strong on‑site presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent market experience.
• Proven track record in strategic or key account management, preferably in electronic components or related technology markets.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, resilience and willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross‑functional environment.
