About the role

Deloitte Legal is looking for motivated jurists to join its corporate and employment law team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1‑4 years of experience who want to develop their legal expertise within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions to real business challenges from a corporate and employment law perspective.
• Collaborate with specialists in tax, finance, and audit on multidisciplinary projects.
• Support and counsel both local companies and international corporations on corporate and labor law matters.
• Handle day‑to‑day legal issues faced by client organisations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law.
• 1‑4 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, preferably in corporate law.
• Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDPR and/or labor law (considered an advantage).
