Internal Auditor – Operational & Financial Audits

About the role

Join the Global Internal Audit team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga and become a trusted advisor who strengthens internal controls and drives operational excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational audits, ICFR reviews and special audit projects.
• Identify process improvements that add value and reduce risk.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and follow up on action plans.
• Advise management on internal controls, risk management and compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodology.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
