Field Medical Advisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Medical Advisor for its Immunology portfolio in Latvia. The role involves acting as a scientific expert, engaging with leading healthcare specialists, and supporting the Medical Affairs plan to drive short‑term and long‑term company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an external stakeholder management plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs, HEMAR, and Commercial teams.
• Communicate product value, support market access activities, and participate in advisory boards and medical education events.
• Provide scientific support to Commercial and Market Access, understand Real World Evidence methodologies, and contribute insights from scientific interactions.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science degree with strong research and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to build peer‑to‑peer relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific societies.
• High customer focus, innovative mindset, and ability to work in a matrixed, changing environment.

Required skills

• Scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or related).
• Expertise in interpreting medical data and therapeutic area knowledge.

What we offer

• Base salary €38,000 – €62,560 per year.
