Field Medical Advisor

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor will act as a scientific expert for Johnson & Johnson's Immunology portfolio in Latvia, engaging with leading healthcare professionals to discuss product value, treatment trends, and scientific data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an external stakeholder management plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs, HEMAR, and Commercial functions.
• Communicate product value, support market access activities, and participate in medical education and advisory board events.
• Provide scientific support to Commercial and Market Access teams and contribute to Real World Evidence (RWE) project design.
• Gather insights on treatment patterns and patient pathways to inform the Medical Affairs plan.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science degree with strong research and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to build peer‑to‑peer relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers and scientific societies.
• High customer focus, self‑motivation, and ability to work in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Immunology therapeutic area.
• Experience interpreting medical data and real‑world evidence.
