Danish Speaking Customer Consultant – INGO Team

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre’s fast‑growing Customer Contact Centre in Riga as a Danish Speaking Customer Consultant for the INGO team. You will interact with Danish‑language customers via phone and email, providing support for card services, account administration, and product inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in Danish.
• Provide card support, manage account details, and process new orders and registrations.
• Advise customers on station campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish (minimum B2 level) – both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and learn new systems quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple computer systems and CRM tools (specific platforms not listed).
