Specialist Finance with French language skills

About the role

The Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga is expanding its team to support European operations. As a Specialist Finance with French language skills you will handle receivables, credit analysis and related financial processes while collaborating with colleagues across Europe and France.

Key responsibilities

• Recover receivables through reminders, calls, SMS, email and, when necessary, bailiff actions.
• Process payment reminders, manage payment plans and oversee direct debit operations with banks.
• Analyse new customer and credit line requests, adjust existing credit limits and allocate guarantees.
• Verify and process aged balances, block/unblock fuel cards and handle bankruptcy cases.
• Prepare reports, monitor overdue items and organise meetings with business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (final‑year students accepted).
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and financial statements.
• Fluent oral and written English and French for communication with European colleagues.
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of JDE is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of ERP concepts.
