Senior Manager – Valuation, Transactions & Corporate Finance

About the role

Join EY Parthenon's Transactions & Corporate Finance team as a Senior Manager focused on Valuation. You will work on high‑profile transactions, helping clients understand the value of their businesses, shareholdings and intangible assets in various strategic contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in valuing businesses, shareholdings and intangible assets for transactions, strategic decisions, financial reporting or tax estimates.
• Apply leading valuation methodologies, financial modelling and AI‑enhanced tools to deliver insights for sophisticated clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, corporate finance or related fields.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or consulting/professional services environment.
• Strong track record in valuations, financial modelling, M&A, restructuring and complex transactions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Financial modelling expertise.
• Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.
