Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team, working across multiple travel brands. The role combines strong creative thinking with fast execution in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and create high‑impact marketing visuals such as banners, emails, illustrations, social media creatives, and full campaigns.
• Design motion pieces and animations for ads, promos and stories.
• Produce storyboards and visual guidelines for videographers.
• Adapt creatives based on performance data and feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyze creative performance and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Communicate workload and priorities with marketing managers and the design lead.
• Deliver assets under tight deadlines and manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing design and campaign development.
• Concept‑driven mindset, able to develop a full creative concept from idea to execution.
• Fast execution without compromising quality.
• Open‑minded, flexible and responsive to feedback.
• Ability to think in campaigns rather than isolated visuals.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layouts, components, libraries)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• AI image generation & prompting (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement)
