Senior Designer

About the role

Apifonica is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the visual language for both the Apifonica and Tenios brands in the DACH market. Based in Riga, you will own the design of websites, product interfaces, brand identity and all customer‑facing assets, both digital and print.

Key responsibilities

• Generate concepts and develop design solutions independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Present design proposals clearly, explaining the rationale behind each decision.
• Participate in product and UX discussions, shaping how features look and work.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and stakeholders to deliver design assets, files and brand guidelines.
• Prepare design files for front‑end development, print production and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail and up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English for daily communication with international teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing websites on WordPress and product interfaces (UI/UX).
• Ability to create multimedia content for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) including basic video and audio editing.
• Preparation of print‑ready files for posters, roll‑ups and other marketing materials.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make.
