Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is recruiting an experienced CPM/Senior CPM to join its well‑established team. Candidates must have at least four years of regional or global CPM experience and a strong background in oncology trials.

Key responsibilities

• Execute clinical studies or assigned portions, optimizing speed, quality and cost while ensuring compliance with study tools, training materials and standard processes.
• Set objectives for the core project team, communicate expectations, and assess performance against contract strategy.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to achieve milestones and resolve study issues.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and contingencies, and lead problem‑solving efforts to maintain project quality.
• Maintain financial health of the project, forecast revenue opportunities, and manage scope changes through a formal change‑control process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including at least one year of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local regulations.
