Process Designer

About the role

Join Luminor as a Process Designer and help shape efficient, results‑oriented business and sales processes across all channels. You will work on transforming local processes into pan‑Baltic standards and support the development of retail customer‑facing units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and optimise business and sales processes for retail units.
• Unify existing local processes into pan‑Baltic workflows and implement unified working principles.
• Define competencies for retail staff, create or enhance training programmes, and support competency development.
• Troubleshoot root causes of customer or employee issues, improving experience and process efficiency.
• Apply lean methodologies, support agile cross‑functional collaboration and produce necessary process documentation.
• Develop business cases for retail process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience gathering, analysing and structuring business and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to present complex content clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the banking industry across the Baltic region.
• Leadership in moderating requirements‑gathering workshops.
• Experience in process design, preferably in retail or customer‑facing environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with banking systems and core business processes.
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies and agile collaboration.
