Junior Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Junior Project Management Specialist supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Write minutes and notes of meetings and gatherings.
• Plan, organise and control the progress and performance of assigned work.
• Participate in planning, procurement of necessary resources and achievement of results.
• Gather information regarding work requirements from customers or stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and suggestions as tasked by the supervisor.
• Control the application of the company’s graphic identity in visual design and implement necessary changes.

Required profile

• Knowledge of theoretical and practical bases of the assigned work, industry terminology, standards, and relevant labour and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently, analytically and creatively, solving problems and continuously improving professional skills.
