Junior Customer Service Representative – EMEA (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join a global leader in industrial coating resins as a Junior Customer Service Representative for the EMEA region. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries and complaints while ensuring timely communication with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers proactively, ensuring orders are processed promptly and issues are resolved.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing clear and accurate information.
• Coordinate shipments and related documentation by collaborating with Logistics, Planning, Sales and Finance.
• Enter orders and follow‑up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing any pricing or order discrepancies.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field (advantage).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as customer service or care.
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
