Finance Director – Baltic Markets

About the role

As Finance Director for the Baltic markets, you will lead the Finance & Accounting function across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape financial strategy, ensure compliance and drive performance for a sustainable transport finance business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, financial reporting, P&L and balance‑sheet optimisation for all three markets.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets and capital allocation to maximise returns.
• Ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance, internal controls and audit liaison.
• Lead a team of finance, tax and treasury professionals and foster a strong control culture.
• Support MIS projects with financial expertise and drive automation of finance processes.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 5 years experience in asset‑backed finance, preferably with heavy‑truck, trailer or construction equipment leasing.
• Proven management experience and ability to develop direct reports.
• Experience working across multiple European markets is an advantage.
