Finance Coordinator – Riga Airport

About the role

We are launching operations at Riga Airport and need a Finance Coordinator to support daily financial activities, maintain accurate records and help shape our new venture in Latvia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, expense claims and journal entries.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Monitor transactions, identify discrepancies and support audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and analyses for management.
• Coordinate finance‑related matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
