Assistant Brand Manager – Crochet & Knit DTC (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of Hooks & Needles, a creative DTC brand focused on crochet and knitting. This fully remote position works across product development, customer insight, marketing and community management, ensuring the brand runs smoothly and continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product development by reviewing patterns, instructions and content for accuracy and quality.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, identifying trends and turning insights into product or experience improvements.
• Conduct market research on crochet and knitting trends to uncover new ideas and opportunities.
• Support customer service and community monitoring, responding to product‑related queries.
• Help execute marketing initiatives, source creative assets and contribute to product storytelling.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and everyday tasks, seeking smarter ways of working.

Required profile

• Extreme attention to detail and a passion for catching small inconsistencies.
• Highly organized, able to keep projects and tasks under control.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using a variety of digital tools.
• Independent, taking ownership and following tasks through without needing constant follow‑up.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining focus.
• Curious mindset, eager to learn, test ideas and improve processes.
• Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively.
• Knowledge of crochet or knitting is a strong advantage.
