About the role

We are looking for a senior bistro service employee to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves providing high‑quality service to customers in a fast‑paced bistro environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and courteously.
• Take orders, process payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, counters and equipment.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and basic food preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bistro, café or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing payments.
