Tosca Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated test solutions with Tricentis Tosca for Web, API, Mobile, SAP and other packaged applications using modular, reusable and data‑driven approaches.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks that align with enterprise standards and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and reporting.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering front‑end, back‑end, APIs, Mobile and SAP, focusing on risk‑based coverage and quality outcomes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, optimise execution, and support test monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with test managers, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to align automation activities with project goals and timelines.
• For senior and architect levels, mentor engineers, lead design reviews, define automation architecture, governance, standards and evaluate ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on test automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience automating Web, APIs/services and Mobile applications; SAP or other packaged applications preferred for senior roles.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates and test management.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional, distributed teams.
