About the role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Technical Lead to provide strategic direction and quality assurance for the DELIVER program, a three‑year global initiative focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender‑based violence (GBV) services in humanitarian emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall technical direction for SRHR and GBV programming across all DELIVER country programs.
- Ensure alignment with global humanitarian standards, including the Minimum Initial Services Package (MISP) and Interagency Minimum Standards for GBV.
- Lead the adaptation and contextualisation of IRC’s SRHR and GBV integration models for local service delivery points.
- Collaborate with country program technical teams, regional health and protection advisors, and external partners, including women‑led organisations.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and generate evidence and learning to advance the field.
