Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join KRONUS, a global manufacturer of wooden packaging. In this entry‑level position you will support the full recruitment cycle, gaining hands‑on experience in an international HR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct phone screenings and first‑round interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in posting job ads and handling recruitment administration.
• Support onboarding activities and general HR coordination.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal events, training and communication materials.

Required profile

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
• People‑oriented personality with good communication skills.
• Confidence to proactively contact candidates by phone.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in an international setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
