About the role

Printful, a global leader in on‑demand printing, is looking for skilled seamstresses to join its fast‑growing production team in the Lidostas Park facility near Marupe, Latvia. You will work with a variety of textile products such as leggings, sweatshirts and t‑shirts, using industrial sewing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Sew textile items (leggings, sweaters, t‑shirts, etc.) according to product specifications.
• Operate industrial sewing machines including overlock, single‑needle, and flatbed models.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Assist in other production departments when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in industrial sewing with elastic fabrics.
• Physical stamina, precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Positive, optimistic attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning and evening).
• Basic knowledge of Latvian language.

Required skills

• Operation of overlock sewing machines.
• Operation of single‑needle industrial sewing machines.
• Operation of flatbed (plakanvīle) sewing machines.
