Software Engineer – Agentic Systems & AI Products

About the role

Spotwise.ai is looking for a Software Engineer to strengthen the core of its agentic operating system for broadcast media. You will work on real‑time advertising intelligence and autonomous commercial workflows that are already in production for national broadcasters across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain multi‑step AI workflows, tool integrations and automations that turn raw broadcast data into commercial actions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end features, from data ingestion and backend services to the user‑facing product.
• Integrate large‑language models into production pipelines and continuously improve data feeds.
• Leverage AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Cursor while enforcing strong review and testing practices.
• Make cloud‑architecture decisions focused on scalability, security, cost efficiency and observability.
• Collaborate with founders to shape technical direction and establish engineering best practices as the team grows.

Required profile

• Passion for building functional products and rapid prototyping (days, not months).
• Experience using AI as a productivity multiplier rather than a shortcut.
• Hands‑on experience building agentic or autonomous systems and understanding where they can fail.
• Strong grasp of software architecture combined with product‑oriented thinking.
• Ability to balance speed and robustness with pragmatic trade‑offs.
• Desire to see your work used by real customers, not just demos.
• Enjoy ownership and responsibility for shipped features.
