About the role

We are seeking a certified Construction Site Manager to lead medium and large building projects across residential, commercial, public and industrial sectors. The role involves overseeing the entire construction process from planning to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with design, regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and direct on‑site construction activities.
• Develop execution plans, monitor schedules and control project timelines.
• Ensure work complies with project documentation, legal norms and quality requirements.
• Manage financial flow, material procurement and delivery verification.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation in the BISS system.
• Liaise with state and municipal authorities on construction matters.
• Enforce occupational safety standards and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction and a valid construction site manager certificate.
• Proven experience managing medium to large construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to organise work, make decisions and lead a team.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and punctuality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Competence in BIM tools.
• Practical use of BIS (Building Information System).
