Senior Web Designer

About the role

We are an e‑commerce agency based in Latvia, looking for a Senior Web Designer to create clear, compelling and conversion‑focused designs for online stores. You will work with Figma to craft UI/UX solutions that strengthen brand visual quality and enhance the digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly interfaces for e‑commerce websites.
• Create layouts, prototypes and visual assets using Figma.
• Support CRO initiatives and continuous UX/UI improvements.
• Design banners and other advertising visual materials.
• Collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional web design experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong UI/UX and responsive design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience producing marketing visual assets.
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills.
• Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
