About the role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a senior professional to lead and expand its health‑focused corporate partnerships. This short‑term assignment, ending in May 2026, will support the Global Corporate Partnerships team in generating flexible funding and in‑kind support for refugee health programs worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Steward and cultivate a portfolio of corporate health partners valued at $3M + USD.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Global Health sector, identifying new partnership models such as strategic alliances, employee engagement, and pro‑bono expertise.
- Design and implement tailored stewardship, engagement, and growth strategies, including account plans and proposal submissions.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to diversify funding streams and increase flexible resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership activities align with IRC’s mission and DEI values.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the global health sector and familiarity with major players, funding opportunities, and partnership dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in corporate fundraising, donor cultivation, and revenue generation.
- Strong commitment to humanitarian objectives and the IRC’s diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
