Senior Manager Process Excellence R2R/P2P/A2R

About the role

The Senior Manager Process Excellence will drive end‑to‑end finance process strategy, design and optimisation across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay and Analyse‑to‑Report domains. Reporting to the Director of Process Architecture, you will work with global finance owners and technology teams to translate strategy into scalable, delivery‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the R2R/P2P/A2R process roadmap, identifying value opportunities and technology‑enabled improvements.
• Lead process design and delivery activities, including workshops, current‑state analysis, future‑state design and coordination with project and technical teams.
• Prioritise portfolio initiatives, articulate trade‑offs and manage dependencies across the finance transformation portfolio.
• Define and track value‑realisation metrics to measure transformation outcomes.
• Resolve complex process issues by partnering with service customers and technology partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering business process transformation or operational excellence in a finance/shared services environment.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and how they connect to upstream and downstream business functions.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
