Senior Manager Process Excellence O2C

About the role

The Senior Manager Process Excellence O2C will lead end‑to‑end process strategy, design and optimisation for Order‑to‑Cash across Circle K’s finance function. Reporting to the Director of Process Architecture, you will work with global finance owners and technology teams to deliver scalable, standardised process transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the O2C process roadmap, identifying value opportunities, enterprise dependencies and technology‑enabled improvements.
• Drive portfolio prioritisation, articulating trade‑offs, sequencing impacts and dependencies for process initiatives.
• Lead hands‑on delivery activities including workshops, requirements definition, current‑state analysis, future‑state design and coordination with project and technical teams.
• Produce and maintain process documentation, design artefacts and decision records to support implementation.
• Define and track value‑realisation metrics to measure transformation outcomes.
• Resolve complex process issues by partnering with service customers, delivery teams and technology partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering business process transformation or operational excellence in a finance or shared‑services environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes, especially Order‑to‑Cash, and ability to connect finance requirements to upstream and downstream activities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strategic thinker with excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Lean Six Sigma methodology and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Process design methodologies and workshop facilitation.
