Senior Fuel Pricing Consultant

About the role

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a Senior Fuel Pricing Consultant to join the Fuel Accounting Europe team. This is a temporary position of 1.5 years based in Riga, Latvia; a valid EU/EEA work permit is required and relocation assistance is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Own fuel product master data and product cost-related setups in the company's ERP system for the European market
• Ensure fuel hierarchy and product cost quality comply with key controls and internal policies within agreed deadlines
• Keep pricing data complete and control the performance of company interfaces
• Act as key contact for product setup and rebranding in the ERP system
• Support users, review incidents and issues at expert level, analyse root causes, drive resolutions and escalate to the ERP quality team
• Lead operational projects, test processes, improve efficiency through standardisation, automation and documentation, and coach young colleagues
• Bridge communication between departments and external parties

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with business processes, data flows and IT integration
• Experience with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs
• Knowledge of accounting systems or trading systems is an advantage
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to handle change and stress, and improvement-driven

• Advanced Excel and regular MS Office tools
• ERP system work and data flow analysis
