Senior Fuel Pricing Consultant

About the role

Circle K Business Centre in Riga is seeking a Senior Fuel Pricing Consultant to join the Fuel Accounting Europe team on a 1.5‑year temporary contract. You will own fuel product master data, ensure pricing data quality, and act as a key contact for ERP product setup and rebranding.

Key responsibilities

• Own fuel product master data and cost setups in the ERP system for the European market.
• Ensure compliance with fuel hierarchy, product cost quality controls, and pricing data completeness.
• Provide expert support to users, analyse incidents, and drive resolutions.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on operational projects, perform testing and collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements, standardisation, automation and documentation.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and handle change.
• Organised, solution‑oriented and capable of coaching junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft business suite software.
• Knowledge of accounting or trading systems is a plus.
