Senior Financial Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join Luminor’s Treasury team in the Baltics. You will be responsible for sourcing, mapping and automating data flows, maintaining reporting systems and delivering visualisations that support data‑driven decision‑making for liquidity, funding and capital management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and integrate internal and external data sources for Treasury analytics.
• Design and automate data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Support Treasury projects such as liquidity forecasting, funding, securitisation and debt instrument analysis.
• Assist with ILAAP, ICAAP and other regulatory capital and liquidity assessments.
• Create loan tapes, manage collateral pools and optimise collateral allocation.
• Translate business requirements into IT specifications and explore AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics, coding, business analysis or Treasury within financial services.
• Strong interest or experience with SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
