Senior Financial Controller – Record to Report (Baltics)

About the role

Circle K Business Centre in Riga is seeking a Senior Financial Controller for Record to Report in the Baltics. You will ensure accurate management accounting, reporting and analysis for the Business Unit, supporting the global finance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and year‑end management accounting and reporting, including market review, CAPEX, OPEX and margin analysis.
• Resolve reporting discrepancies, perform quality reviews and drive process automation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, and maintain close dialogue with stakeholders across Europe and North America.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and participate in improvement projects.

Required profile

• Solid experience in controlling or audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field; ACCA certification or studies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and process‑analysis skills with the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI tools and experience using Oracle JDE, Finance Cube, Power BI and Longview.
• Good understanding of general accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
