Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Ecommpay you will shape budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning while turning complex data into clear insights for senior management and the Board. The role combines traditional FP&A duties with strategic project work and automation of financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild, automate and continuously improve the company’s budget model and underlying systems.
• Lead the three‑year financial planning process, rolling forecasts and monthly variance analysis.
• Deliver cost analytics, drive optimisation opportunities and act as a trusted finance business partner.
• Provide financial analysis for new products, projects and expansion initiatives, including profitability, cash‑flow and scenario modelling.
• Prepare board‑level financial materials and monitor key performance indicators.
• Drive standardisation, automation and unification of financial data and reporting.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business controlling or corporate finance.
• Strong ownership, initiative and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with both finance and non‑finance partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for complex modelling.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• SQL and data‑automation tools.
• Experience with budgeting/planning systems.
