Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

TalTap is expanding its on‑demand workforce platform across Central and Eastern Europe and needs a Senior Financial Analyst to support its rapid growth in Riga. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to turn data into actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver internal and external financial reports for management and investors.
• Help build stronger financial management systems, controls, and reporting foundations as the business scales.
• Support and drive monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Own and continuously improve key financial management processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong data skills and experience with BI tools.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
