Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join an EU project with one of Accenture’s long‑term clients. You will design, execute and optimise multi‑channel customer journeys and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud while collaborating with business stakeholders, content teams and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (Salesforce platform, API‑based integrations and batch data processing).
• Manage cross‑channel campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Mobile Studio and Content Builder.
• Handle contact and audience management via Contact Builder and All Subscribers.
• Create content and templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript and SSJS.
• Track and report performance with Analytics Builder.
• Design and maintain journeys in Journey Builder.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum).
