Sales Representative – Nordic Region (ELXD)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover the Nordic market within its Electrical – Electronics Division (ELXD). You will combine technical curiosity with commercial impact, building strong relationships with OEM customers, design engineers and procurement teams across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing key accounts in the Nordic region.
• Lead customer engagements, including product presentations, technical discussions and training sessions.
• Own and grow strategic OEM accounts and distributor partnerships, identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales, marketing and engineering teams to deliver innovative electronic solutions.
• Represent Eaton at industry events and customer meetings, acting as the voice of the market.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics or a technical environment.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for winning and relationship building.
• Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in an international, matrix organization.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of electronics, especially passive components such as inductors, circuit protections and supercapacitors.
