Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our wholesale client portfolio, sell top brands and directly influence revenue. You will work in a supportive international team with over 20 years of experience in Latvia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key customers and act as their primary trusted contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales and marketing plans.
• Negotiate pricing, business terms, promotional activities and assortments to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, logistics and after‑sales teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Close deals and ensure client needs are executed flawlessly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale, retail or sales.
• Professional proficiency in Latvian and good command of English.
• Team‑player, consultative, detail‑oriented and resilient.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive and highly organized.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
