Sales Assistant – Freight (Riga)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our freight team in Riga. You will support the sales and booking departments, helping to grow relationships with existing and potential customers while ensuring smooth commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop business relations with existing and potential customers.
• Assist the booking department and act as a substitute when needed.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize commercial offers and agreements.
• Process and manage data in CRM and other systems.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Latvian; Russian is a plus.
• University education.
• Customer‑service or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude.
• Category B driving licence.
