About the role

We are looking for a motivated Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to join our Audi centre in Riga. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of spare parts and accessories, supporting both new and used car sales, as well as service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Order and coordinate deliveries of spare parts and accessories, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Organise and keep the warehouse tidy, ensuring accurate inventory records in the management system.
• Manage the “tire hotel” process – store, track and prepare tires for seasonal changes.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes for parts transactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive transport or spare‑parts handling is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and ability to work under physical demands.
• Interest in cars and basic technical knowledge of vehicle components.
• Good command of Latvian and English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
