Reporting & Optimization Specialist

About the role

Circle K Business Centre is seeking a Reporting & Optimization Specialist to strengthen its procurement and brand reporting functions. You will build and maintain data models, ensure compliance, and drive automation across reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance reporting models using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Develop scalable data structures for business insights and performance tracking.
• Validate reporting outputs for accuracy, consistency and governance compliance.
• Support Circle K Procurement and Brands workflows, ensuring calculations meet policy requirements.
• Audit numerical inputs and outputs to guarantee financial and procurement compliance.
• Identify process gaps, propose optimisation initiatives and implement Excel/Power BI automation solutions.
• Trace, validate and reconcile multi‑source datasets to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect missing data, resolve discrepancies and communicate reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and data‑tracing abilities.
• Fast learner with the capacity to understand diverse procurement contracts.
• Highly proactive, structured and reliable in driving follow‑ups.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
