Regional Director of Operations – Latvia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven leader to take full responsibility for our retail operations in Latvia. As a member of the Baltic Management Team, you will guide the retail network, ensure operational excellence and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail team, building a strong leadership pipeline and a performance‑oriented culture.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational execution across all Latvian stores, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards and legislation.
• Own sales, profitability and overall business performance, translating company strategy into clear priorities and actions.
• Analyse the local market, customer needs and competition to identify growth opportunities and drive effective merchandising.
• Collaborate with Baltic counterparts, share best practices and contribute to regional retail priorities and new store development.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, business administration, management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail or a comparable multi‑site business environment.
• Strong business mindset with strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams and to foster a collaborative culture.
• Good understanding of the Latvian market, customer expectations and competitive landscape.
