R&D Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

AERONES is looking for a proactive R&D Technical Project Coordinator to keep robotics development projects moving from decision to delivery. You will work closely with technical teams and the Head of R&D to turn plans into working robotic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Read project briefs, understand priorities and track weekly execution.
• Build and maintain project plans in Wrike, managing the critical path from decision to delivery of 1–3 robot sets.
• Follow up on every commitment, action and deadline until closed.
• Audit project gates and escalate missed steps such as ECR planning, design reviews, NPI involvement, parts ordering or test bookings.
• Coordinate lab and test‑zone capacity for upcoming testing.
• Publish weekly red, yellow and green status updates for each project.
• Identify risks early and present solutions to the Head of R&D.
• Support the Head of R&D with follow‑ups, representing up to 20% of your time.

• Strong project coordination experience managing multiple parallel projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and multitask effectively.
• Ownership mindset with disciplined follow‑through on commitments.
• Decisive, risk‑aware and proactive in escalation.
• Excellent English communication and coordination across technical teams.
• Highly organized with a structured approach to planning and tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Wrike project management tool.
• Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency (e.g., AI‑assisted organization).
